The .tar.gz Linux installation is available here.

The download includes an install.sh installation script. Change to the directory containing install.sh, and run ./install.sh as root to install.

Uninstall by running the included uninstall.sh script as root.

The jar file is available separately here. The executable class is com.musicxmltasks.ui.javafx.MusicXmlTasks.

Java installation is required. The application has been tested with version Java 12.0.2. Set JAVA_HOME to the Java installation directory, and add $JAVA_HOME/bin to PATH.

The tasks application starts with the command musicxmltasks.

If gtk-launch is available on your Linux system, a launch icon appears.
