For displayed items, a font record is created at the same time as the display record it belongs to, using foreign key font_id, when the displayed item has any font field defined.

Fonts defined in the defaults element of a score header (music-font and word-font) join directly to the font table without an intermediate display record. The list of lyric-font subelements of defaults are joined separately through the lyric_font table.
